Step 1: Login to Facebook.com
Step 2: Click the “Profile” menu in the top right corner of the web page
Step 3: Hover the cursor over your current profile picture then click the “Change Picture” link
Step 4: Click “Upload a Picture” option in the menu that pops up
Step 5: Click “Browse…” in the new window that displays
Step 6: Double click the file containing your new profile picture
Finish: You successfully changed your profile picture on Facebook.
